 rd Professor of Nutrition\, Food Studies\, and Public Health at New York Un
 iversity\, holding a Ph.D. in molecular biology and an M.P.H. in public hea
 lth\nnutrition\, both from the University of California\, Berkeley. Her res
 earch\, always compelling and at time controversial\, focuses on analysis o
