At Northland Homes\, he was in charge of all aspects of\nconstructio n including supervising all job sites\, overseeing the construction of hund reds of homes\, developing a scheduling system and writing a construction m anual that he still uses today. In 1990\,\nRoger started RMP Properties and quickly became one of Oregon’s leading builders. He grew RMP Properties from start-up to a $27 million dollar company in sales in 1997. Roger was O regon’s #1\nhomebuilder from 1995 to 1998. He was one of Builder Magazine ’s “National Giants” three years in a row.
