DESCRIPTION:Stephen Nigro’s organization is responsible for Imaging and P
 rinting Group’s graphic businesses\, generating new imaging system busine
 sses\, and for developing new printing and non-printing\ntechnologies. Grap
 hic and Imaging Business Unit (GIB) leads the strategy to capture high-valu
 e pages by developing compelling solutions for the industrial\, commercial 
 printing and graphics segments.\nThis includes responsibility for large for
 mat (DesignJet) printers\, Indigo digital presses\, digital publishing solu
 tions\, graphics printing solutions\, and specialty printing systems. The i
 maging\nsystem businesses consist of digital projection systems and the new
  “Halo” virtual conferencing systems. GIB also includes some of Hewlett
 -Packard’s most valuable technology development assets. GIB\nis responsib
 le for developing Hewlett-Packard’s own printing technologies\, including
  all inkjet systems\, liquid electrophotography\, and LightScribe. Stephen 
 joined Hewlett-Packard in 1981\, working as\na summer hire in San Diego\, t
 hen transferred to Singapore in 1991\, and returned to Corvallis in 1994. S
 tephen holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in E
 lectrical Engineering.

DESCRIPTION:Prior to working as president of Buena Vista Custom Homes\, Rog
 er worked for his father\, Don Pollock\, for four years at Northland Homes\
 , Inc. At Northland Homes\, he was in charge of all aspects of\nconstructio
 n including supervising all job sites\, overseeing the construction of hund
 reds of homes\, developing a scheduling system and writing a construction m
 anual that he still uses today. In 1990\,\nRoger started RMP Properties and
  quickly became one of Oregon’s leading builders. He grew RMP Properties 
 from start-up to a $27 million dollar company in sales in 1997. Roger was O
 regon’s #1\nhomebuilder from 1995 to 1998. He was one of Builder Magazine
 ’s “National Giants” three years in a row. Also\, the Portland Busine
 ss Journal numbered him as one of the “Forty Under Forty” leaders in\nt
 he community. In 1998\, Roger sold the corporate assets of RMP Properties t
 o D. R. Horton. Roger is a member of the Portland Home Builder’s Associat
 ion\, actively involved in Young Entrepreneur’s\nOrganization\, patron of
  the Portland Art Museum\, assistant coach for Lake Oswego High School’s 
 Varsity Football team\, and a mentor at St. Mary’s Home for Boys.
