In order to provide convenient and affordable access to flu vaccinations, OSU Student Health Services will be offering a flu vaccine clinic for OSU students, faculty and staff on Wednesday and
Thursday, October 15 and 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Flu vaccine will be given at the Memorial Union in the Joyce Powell Leadership Room on the main floor. The cost is $15 for students and $25
for faculty and staff. If you are covered by PEBB, the fee will be billed directly to Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon or Samaritan Select if one of them is your insurance provider.
Otherwise, faculty and staff may pay on site by cash or check and students may elect to bill their OSU student accounts. Please bring your insurance card and OSU ID card. No appointment is necessary.
Please wear clothing that allows easy access to your arm in order to expedite the vaccinations.
