DESCRIPTION:Student Health Services is offering flu shots for students\, fa
 culty and staff on Wednesday\, October 15 and Thursday\, October 16 at the 
 MU Joyce Powell Leadership Room from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.\nShots will be
  given on a “first come\, first served” basis until the vaccine supply 
 is gone. The cost is $15 for students and $25 for faculty and staff. If you
  are covered by PEBB\, the fee will be\nbilled directly to Regence Blue Cro
 ss Blue Shield of Oregon or Samaritan Select if one of them is your insuran
 ce provider. Otherwise\, faculty and staff may pay on site by cash or check
  and students\nmay elect to bill their OSU student accounts. Please bring y
 our insurance card and OSU ID card. No appointment is necessary. Please wea
