DESCRIPTION:<p>\n  Have you always wanted to take the Master Gardener (MG) 
 training but can't because you work during the day? The Master Gardener @ N
 ight Program may be what you're looking for. The program consists\n  of two

SUMMARY:Depression and Bi-Polar Disorder in Young Adults
DESCRIPTION:<p>\n  This is an encore presentation of a lecture given by ren
 owned researcher <strong>Kay Redfield Jamison</strong> to the OSU campus in
  Fall 2011. For those who missed this event\, or would like to see\n  it ag
 ain\, we will be re-showing her presentation on the topic of depression and
  bi-polar disorder in young adults. A panel of clinicians from Counseling a
 nd Psychological Services (CAPS) will be\n  present for a Q&amp\;A session 
 on this topic after the viewing.\n</p>\n<p>\n  <strong>Kay Redfield Jamison
 </strong> is Professor of Psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins University School
  of Medicine as well as Honorary Professor of English at the University of 
 St. Andrews in\n  Scotland. She is the author of the national best sellers 
 <em>An Unquiet Mind: A Memoir of Moods and Madness\,</em> <em>Night Falls F
 ast: Understanding Suicide\,</em> and <em>Touched with Fire:\n  Manic-Depre
 ssive Illness and the Artistic Temperament.</em> She is coauthor of the sta
 ndard medical text on manic-depressive illness and author or coauthor of mo
 re than one hundred scientific\n  papers about mood disorders\, creativity\
 , and psychopharmacology. Dr. Jamison\, the recipient of numerous national 
 and international scientific awards\, was distinguished lecturer at Harvard
 \n  University in 2002 and the Litchfield lecturer at the University of Oxf
 ord in 2003. She is a John P. and Catherine T. MacArthur Fellow.\n</p>\n<p>
