Crossroads Film Festival

Sunday, February 16, 2014 (All Day Event)

The Crossroads International Film Festival closes for the year this Sunday, February 23.  Due to the unusual snow this winter, the film festival planning committee made one addition to the final day’s schedule.

The updated schedule is as follows:

11:30 AM: Hitler’s Children: Hitler’s Children is a German/Israeli documentary featuring interviews of descendants of infamous, high-ranking Nazis. OSU History Professor discussion Paul Kopperman will lead a discussion following the film.

1:30 PM: The Dish (an Australian comedy)

4:00 PM: Teddy Bear (a drama set in Denmark and Thailand)

6:30 PM: Chico & Rita (an Oscar nominated Spanish language, Jazz music animation set in Cuba and the USA. Chico & Rita was nominated for “Best Animated Feature Film of the Year” at the 2012 Academy Awards).

All tickets are $6 and screenings are at the Darkside Cinema in downtown Corvallis, Oregon. Proceeds benefit Crossroads International programs including the “Conversation School For Women” and “Three Day Homestay” for incoming OSU students.
