CAPS: The mindful grad meditation series

Grad students can drop-in and relax

The responsibilities of graduate school can sometimes be overwhelming. Making mindfulness part of your routine can help reduce some of this stress and encourage a healthier, more focused you! Counseling and Psycological Services invites all graduate students to a weekly drop-in meditation session at the Graduate Student Success Center. No sign-up is required. Drop in and de-stress!
