Blackballed: Know Better, Do Better

Exploring Campus Racism

Tuesday, February 21, 2017 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

In conjunction with Black History Month, Lawrence Ross will present "Blackballed: Know Better, Do Better" at this Division of Student Affairs event that is open to the public. Ross has authored six books and lectured at more than 600 colleges and universities on campus racism and created a call to action for radical policy changes and standards to foster a better legacy for all students. In his most recent book, "The Black and White Politics of Race on America's Campuses," he exposes the history of racism in the fraternity and sorority system and explores how anti-affirmative action policies effectively segregate predominately white universities.
