Check your Carbon Foodprint


Tuesday, April 25, 2017 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

The event will take place over dinner, there will be a short presentation on sustainable eating practices and their impacts on the environment (ex. how meat consumption increases our carbon footprint). Then there will be a vegetarian chili dinner made out of local products and discuss what people can do to reduce their foodprint (buying local products, eating less meat, etc.). Then, students will be given sprout jars and directions on how to use them as a takeaway.
