Pressure Canning Tuna

Douglas County Master Food Preservers

Umpqua Community Center 

In this hands-on class you will learn how to safely preserve tuna using a pressure canner. From cutting the tuna loins and packing jars to operating a pressure canner, you will participate in every step of the process. Each student will take home 8 half-pint jars of tuna and the skills needed to can tuna on their own!  $50    Limited class size so sign up early!
