Mindful grad meditation series

The responsibilities of graduate school can sometimes be overwhelming. Making mindfulness part of your routine can help reduce some of this stress and encourage a healthier, more focused you.

Counseling and Psycological Services (CAPS) invites all graduate students to a weekly drop-in meditation session at the Graduate Student Success Center in the Memorial Union, room 203. No sign-up is required. Drop in and de-stress!
