Fermented Foods Class

Learn to safely ferment your favorite foods and drinks including sauerkraut, pickles, kimchi, kombucha, and infused vinegars.

Class will be held at the OSU Extension Linn County office, 33630 McFarland Rd, Tangent. (On the corner of Old Hwy 34 and McFarland Rd). Plenty of free parking.

Class is hands-on and space is limited. Cost is $25 per person. Pre-register today!
