Gluten Free Holiday Baking

The holidays are usually a time to indulge in sweet delicacies and being gluten free is no reason to miss out. Come learn how to make cookies, pies and even the classic pumpkin roll.  We will talk about which flour blends work for each recipe and ways to avoid cross contamination in a shared kitchen.  You will go home with lots of tested recipes and tips for making recipes your own.
