Food Safety for Small & Very Small Businesses

FSMA Introduction This session is for very small businesses & small businesses who are required to come into compliance with the new US food safety law. This session will you guide you through and help you understand this new regulation.



This is a recommended introductory course for those that are not familiar with FSMA, or those small businesses that are considering taking the 2.5 day standardized FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food training.

This course will be taught by FIC instructors Dr. Jovana Kovacevic and Ms. Doretta Claycomb, who are also certified Lead Instructors for FSMA Preventive Controls curriculum.
