Fire Craft for Snowy Environments

Winter Camping Series Part 1

Saturday, January 13, 2018 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Having to start a fire on top of snow is one of those skills that you never really consider until you have a real life need. In areas with little snow, it can be easy enough to access the ground by digging down. If the snowpack is deep like we see in the Cascades Range, building a fire on top of the snow is your best option. Come join Cascades Adventures and spend the day learning fire craft for snowy environments.
