Join us for 3 information packed classes on food preservation. The first 2 classes are hands-on at a cost of $30. The third class is information only at a cost of $20. Water bath canning – learn about water bath canning equipment and the proper procedures for canning high acid foods such as fruits, tomatoes and pickles.
