At a time when North Korea and the United States confront one another, and their leaders threaten the use of their “nuclear buttons,” is there a way to end the nuclear threat?  Ambassador Thomas Graham Jr., a former senior US diplomat and Acting Director of the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency, presents his plan for the elimination of nuclear weapons in his new book, The Alternate Route: Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones.
