Presented by Dr. Christopher Pearson, NGS, Illinois State Geodetic Advisor
The NGS HTDP software is used to predict the velocities and displacement associated with horizontal crustal motion, to update positional coordinates from one date to another, to update the values of survey observations from one date to another, and to transform 3-dimensional positional coordinates. Positional coordinates should be associated with a validity date.
This workshop will cover how to use OPUS and OPUS-RS utilities, how to understand the reported statistics and output, and to gain awareness of future plans to enhance OPUS.
