The primary point of this documentary is to raise awareness about the very poor quality of public education in many parts of the United States (with this documentary, specifically South Carolina).
Most people have no idea that public education is not equal by any means, especially people who have grown up in Oregon, where public education is relatively well-off. Following will be a discussion
facilitated by Education Students for Peace and Justice.
