Preserving Vegetables, Meat and Fish

2008 Food Preservation Classes

Wednesday, August 20, 2008 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Learn to preserve vegetables, meats and fish. Canning will be emphasized, but freezing and dehydrating will be demonstrated. Cost is $5 for supplies. Preregistration and prepayment is required by August 11.
