This workshop is focused on developing direct markets among local producers, restaurants, institutional food buyers and other end users. There will be a local food lunch and tables where producers
can display their goods, or images of their goods, to food purchasers. Participants will attend sessions where they can discuss the challenges of producing in Central Oregon, how to market and sell
