After 26 years at J.D. Power and Associates, Linda Hirneise, Partner, retired from full-time employment and remains a Special Advisor to J.D. Power and Associates. Prior to retirement, Ms. Hirneise
had overall international responsibility, including performance improvement, for the Global Travel and Hospitality Practice, which includes the airport, rental car and hotel/hospitality industries.
Ms. Hirneise’s responsibilities for the global hotel practice, based in 64 countries and 24 languages, included overseeing guest and employee satisfaction tracking and managing on-site quality audit
programs. She also oversaw proprietary and syndicated tracking for the airport and rental car industries and provides consulting services for the airport practice. J.D. Power and Associates is a
global marketing information firm that conducts independent and unbiased surveys of customer satisfaction, product quality and buyer behavior. Awards provided by JD Power and Associates are
prestigious industry accomplishments.
