A cross-disciplinary initiative designed to foster a new community centered in creative, critical and cross-cultural exchange. Our first event of the season includes two very exciting presentation by
Jennifer Bachman, scientist and Michael Coolen, composer and ethnomusicologist. Featuring: Jennifer Bachman, doctoral candidate in Ed. Science, "The Creative Mind" and Michael Coolen, professor of
music, "The Pattern Which Connects: Music, Mathematics and Creativity." Light refreshments will be served and speakers are invited to dicuss and answer questions from the audience after their
presentations. Donations ($10 recommended) to support the series will be accepted.
