All youth who are completing third through sixth grades this year are eligible to participate in the 5-day, 4-night Lane County 4-H Camp. Participants do not need to be enrolled in the 4-H program to attend, but we do require a willingness to have fun, make friends, and learn new things.
Campers' days are filled with adventure--discovering forests and creeks, as well as viewing wildlife in their natural settings. Some of the camper's activities include arts and crafts, recreational games, hikes, rope swings, canoeing, fishing, and swimming, singing songs, telling stories, and acting out skits under the stars around the camp fire.
Camp will be held at the 4-H Center near Salem, Oregon. Cost is $225 with limited partial camperships (scholarships) available to first time Lane County campers and Lane County campers requesting financial assistance.
