Master printmaker Earl Newman will have a solo exhibit of his posters and drawings in the Memorial Union Concourse Gallery.
The renowned printmaker has designed posters for the Monterey Jazz Festival, Oregopn Shakespeare Theater, the Oregon Coast Aquarium and more. The Smithsonian has a complete collection of his jazz festival posters dating back to 1963.
A Special Event: Artist Led Gallery Talk & Reception will occur May 28th, thursday at 5pm in the MU Concourse. Light refreshments will be served.Open to the public.
