Drawing on her extensive experience and success presenting her own research, Dr. Abby Benninghoff will share her experience and expertise in preparing an effective scientific presentation, including posters and oral talks. The workshop will include a presentation regarding techniques for effectively communicating research to your audience followed by a group discussion and critique of example slides provided by Dr. Benninghoff and workshop participants. Please email posters and/or short powerpoint presentations for group discussion to benninga@science.oregonstate.edu
Dr. Benninghoff is a Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award postdoctoral fellow in the OSU Department of Environmental and Molecular Toxicology.
