  • How have various advocates underestimated opposition? Why?
  • What have been the roles of both political parties in shaping US health care policy?
  • What has been the role of physicians and the AMA in shaping US health care policy?
  • Why is health care reform incremental and not revolutionary?
  • What have we learned about reforming health care, and how could we sue it in future efforts?
