Taste of the Mediterranean: A Journey through Culture and Cuisine

International Education Week

Join University Housing and Dining Services in celebration of International Education Week and experience Mediterranean regional culture through food and dance.

Menu items include:

  • Spanish Paella with Sausage, Chicken and Shrimp
  • Greek Dolmas
  • Moroccan Chicken Tagine with Preserved Lemons and Olives
  • North African Tabbouleh
  • French Ratatouille
  • Italian Vegetarian Wild Mushroom Ravioli
  • and other regional culinary favorites
