Oregon's new Farm Direct Law (aka "The Pickle Bill"), authorizes the sale of some value-added products without a commercial kitchen. Rule-making was completed in December 2011. ODA and OFMA representatives will provide detailed information on how to comply with the new law. Farmers market managers will also discuss new niche marketing opportunities.
