"Behavioral Ecological Models:  Engineering Cultures to Promote Diet & Physical Activity" Melbourne Hovell, Ph.D. is currently the Director of Center for Behavioral Epidemiology and Community Health and tenured professor, Division of Health Promotion and Behavioral Science at San Diego State University. His areas of research include behavioral ecological theory and behavior modification, and the translation of behavior change to community-based programs in health promotion. Dr. Hovell is a candidate for a position in as Endowed Director of the Moore Family Center for Whole Grain Foods, Nutrition and Preventive Health.

Dr. Hovell will also present his vision for the Moore Family Center on Friday Feb 3rd, 11-noon (MU 213) **NOTE LOCATION CHANGE**.
