Tuesday, June 12, 2012 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM

If gardening has become a little physically challenging, come learn new techniques to continue gardening without injury. Sprains, strains and aching muscles don't have to be part of your gardening experience. Gain insight on ways to keep gardening as you age.

Topics include: The many benefits of gardening, body mechanics for gardeners, how to prevent falls and injuries in the garden, and demonstration of a large array of adaptive tools.

Presenters are Jerry Anderson, Jennine Rychlik and Lynn Wagner.

There is no cost and no registration is required. Just show up!
