Pat owns a beautiful piece of property on the Benton/Polk County border. We will get to see their endemic Willamette Daisy meadow in full bloom, their replanting with various wetland species of an area that included a beaver dam, that was washed out in the floods this spring. We will also see Pat's husband John's work to catalog every tree on the property and it's intended harvest date. It will be an amazing place to tour on a warm summer day and enjoy a pot luck at the end if you desire. Mark your calendars and let me know if you would like to join us.
