Pressure canning is the only way to make many foods shelf stable. Learn how to can veggies, meats, and soups so you can keep them in your cupboard year round. You’ll be so impressed by the flavor and quality of home-canned products—you may never have to go down the canned-food aisle at the grocery store again! Take advantage of fresh local vegetables, game, and fish by learning to can these items yourself. All participants will leave with sample products, recipes, and resource lists. (Cost $10)
