Reaping the Seeds of Our Heritage

part of CL@SE's "Seeking Common Ground" event series

A panel presentation on the history of Latinos in Oregon, where we are and what is ahead. Natalia Fernández, José-Antonio Orosco, Erlinda Gonzales-Berry and Susana Rivera-Mills will discuss the Bracero program, Cesar Chávez, Mexicanos in Oregon, and current demographics of the Latino population. This event will also feature guitarist Jim Garcia.

Inaugural reception for the Center for Latin@ Studies and Engagement (CL@SE) to follow.
