Dr. Israel will offer three hands-on workshops which focus on personal experiences and emotions that contribute to individuals’ choice and design of home and workplace. These workshops illustrate the importance of the psychology of design allowing participants to learn how to successfully “design-in” social and psychological space-use requirements.
9:00-10:30: Matching People and Place Through Design Psychology
12:00-1:30: Using Design Psychology to Create Ideal Places
3:30-5:00: Oasis: Healing by Design Psychology
