Grape vines are pruned for various reasons. This class focuses on understanding the concept of pruning, how it affects the grape quality, how it should be done properly and when is the best time to do it. We'll do the practical work outside, so dress for the weather. Caprice Vineyards will host the outdoor part of the class.
