5 Dysfunctions of a Team

Presented by the Professional Leadership Association

Tuesday, February 5, 2013 11:30 AM - 1:50 PM

All teams are potentially dysfunctional simply because they are made up of fallible, imperfect human beings. Politics and confusion are more the rule than the exception. Counter to conventional wisdom, the causes of dysfunction are both identifiable and curable.  Learn more about these five dysfunctions and how you can make your team more functional and cohesive with all arms rowing in the same  direction!

Learning Outcomes—by the end of this workshop you will:

  • Understand what the 5 dysfunctions are
  • Learn techniques for overcoming each dysfunction
  • Draft a plan of action for your own team
