An introduction to database techniques in Microsoft Access 2010 for database novices. 2-day workshop. Plan to attend both days if you have no prior Access experience. 

First day is an introduction to database concepts. Basic relational database concepts and terminology are discussed and then attendees get familiar with the Access user interface.
