4-H Schools Out is a new program offered by the Lake County 4-H Youth Development Program to offer engaging activities to youth on selective weekdays throughout the school year when there is no school.

The 4-6th grade program is designed to acquaint youth with simple machines, introductory engineering skills and mechanical design.  Youth will be challenged to design their very own robot out of everyday itesm.

The cost for the program will be $5 and registration forms will be out in the middle of February.  We are seeking an older youth or two to assist with this program.  Contact the Lake County Extension Office for more information.
