4-H Schools Out is a new program offered by the Lake County 4-H Youth Development Program to offer engaging activities to youth on selective weekdays throughout the school year when there is no school.

The 2nd & 3rd grades will be engaged in a variety of projects ranging from cooking, art and natural resources.  This program will encourage youth to recognize science is a part of so many things we do and how to "Think Like A Scientists!".

The cost for the program will be $5 and registration forms will be out in the middle of February.  We are seeking an older youth or two to assist with this program.  Contact the Lake County Extension Office for more information.
