Tree School is back in Douglas County and will be held Thursday, March 28, 2013, on the campus of Umpqua Community College just north of Roseburg. This mini-college features 24 classes on a wide variety of topics of interest to family forestland owners, professional foresters, loggers, arborists, teachers, and the general public.
The day-long event offers classroom sessions taught by Extension foresters, professional foresters, and other resource management professionals. Classes are 1.5 hours and you can participate in up to four over the course of the day.
