An evening exploring the relationships between producers and buyers in niche meat markets.  This panel brings together producers, processors, and buyers in Southern Oregon to discuss issues and processes in getting animals from pasture to plate.  Discussions will include how to work with your processor for the best quality product, how to deliver a consistent product, how to determine buyers’ needs, how to find and approach customers, and how to manage distribution and delivery.
