of Medicine at Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Chang received a PhD in Social and Administrative Science from the University of Michigan and a MS in Health Services Research from Texas
A&M. In addition, Dr. Chang has a MA in Statistics from Columbia University. Dr. Chang’s research focuses on health care utilization and outcomes, physician incentives, and cost-effectiveness
analysis.
