“Physician Incentives and Pharmaceutical Outcomes in Asthmatic Children” Jongwha Chang, Ph.D. Dr. Chang is currently an Assistant Professor of Health Services Research in the College of Medicine at Pennsylvania State University.  Dr. Chang received a PhD in Social and Administrative Science from the University of Michigan and a MS in Health Services Research from Texas A&M. In addition, Dr. Chang has a MA in Statistics from Columbia University. Dr. Chang’s research focuses on health care utilization and outcomes, physician incentives, and cost-effectiveness analysis.
