The Achievers Beach Treasure Hunt

All are welcome!

Solv Project Oregon, closed to public, educational event,( Polk County 4-H Club, The Achievers Beach Treasure Hunt.)

Event Date: April 6, 2013, Event Time: 9:00AM-1:00PM, Location: SW 51st St., Lincoln City, Oregon, meet at shelter area far west beach access.

The 4-H Achievers Marine Science project members wanted to open event up to all Polk County 4-H members & family.

We can clean up beach and search for treasure ( local artist will be hiding glass art work on beach ). Dress up like a pirate searching for treasure on a deserted island. Also, Outdoor Education 4-H members will be having a bonfire, roast marshmallows, and have a tug of war contest.

Everyone can meet at location, bring your own lunch and drinks. Hopefully weather will be sunny and warm...

All volunteers must sign youth or adult waiver form before they can participate.

I will order bags, gloves, first aid kits, haz. material container soon, when I filled out Solv application I estimated 25-50 volunteers. If you think we need more supplies please e-mail me. I know our 4-H Achievers Club we should have at least 25 people wanting to go.
