Community Conversations: Korean Peninsula at the Brink of War

SEAC Community Conversations: HOT Topic

This event is organized by the Student Events and Activities Center (SEAC), a division of the Student Leadership and Involvement (SLI). The aim of this event is to facilitate an opportunity for the community to learn and discuss issues of day. This weeks event features an opportunity to discuss the tension in the Korean Peninsula between North Korean and South Korea. The keynote speaker, Dr. David Bernell from the Political Science Department at OSU will give an overview of the history between them as well as discuss about the recent events. Additionally, he will ellaborate on why does this matter and particularly what does this mean for U.S.

After the presentation the attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss with each other or share their thoughts.

Refreshments will be provided.
