Cl@SE Seminar: Latinos in Oregon

Current Issues and Future Challenges

Thursday, May 23, 2013 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

The Center for Latin@ Studies and Engagement (CL@SE) invites the campus community to learn about Latino issues in Oregon from four well-known Latino community leaders. We hope this event will spur a broader conversation among faculty and students about research, outreach, and engagement opportunities to promote Latino well-being.

Thursday, May 23, 2013, 12:30-1:30pm in the Journey Room of OSU’s Memorial Union (on the first floor, across from Java Stop Café).

Panelists will include Laura Isiordia (CAPACES Leadership Institute), Erlinda Gonzales-Berry (Casa Latinos Unidos), Marcela Mendoza (Centro LatinoAmericano), Consuelo Saragoza (Oregon Latino Agenda for Action).
