Entreprenuer Seminar Quick Overview #2

Processing, Packaging, and Shelf Life Studies

The Food Innovation Center now offers three (3) quick overview seminars. The FIC seminars are targeted for food entrepreneurs and industry members seeking additional training.  Seminar #1 and Seminar #2  focuse on a broad overview of food product development, processing, and technology. Seminar #3 is a more in depth exploring of food packaging and conducting shelf life tests.  As a participant you will receive reference and resource material handouts. We prefer that you take the seminars in order. The seminars are 2 hours in length.

Quick Overview #1 - Will address Product Formulation, Nutritional Labeling, and Food Safety.

Quick Overview #2 - Will address Processing, Packaging Suppliers, and understanding Shelf Life Testing.

New Quick Overview #3 - Will address how to select the right food packaging and conducting shelf life testing for food products.

Food Entrepreneurs!  One hour Food Product start up consultation $110.00. Please bring your product/s. The one hour consulting meeting includes sample evaluation and basic lab analysis for up to three(3) of your products. We also recommend that you bring a list of questions to ask.
