Course Description: What is the cost of mediocre service to your unit? Meeting the needs and expectations of those doing business with you is critical to your unit's overall success. Environmental factors and interpersonal skills can affect the customer relationship. Examining strengths, identifying areas for growth, and developing strategies to improve customer service will highlight this program.
