Principles of Moving from Good to Great

Course Description: What does it mean to be great as opposed to being just good or average? Great that is not driven by ego, but out of being focused and with good intentions will consistently produce solid results at work and in other domains of our life. These principles be explored with an emphasis on applying them for ourselves. Implications of these ideas at the organizational level will be shared as well.
