UHDS Cancellations Due
Cancel your UHDS Contract to live in an IFC Fraternity for 2013-2014

Cancellation Process by Email:
Ensure your IFC Bid card is completed by you and your fraternity of choice and handed into the IFC VPs of Recruitment. Also make sure you've discussed living with the fraternity with the
Chapter's Recruitment Chair.
Using your ONID Email Account, send an email to UHDS at
email@example.com and CC the IFC Vice Presidents of Recruitment at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Emails from other services like Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail will not be accepted.
You must send this to ALL of the above emails so that the CFSL and UHDS can properly verify your information.
Cancellations can also be made in person at the UHDS office in 102 Buxton Hall.
Use the subject of “Residence Hall Contract Cancellation for Greek Housing”
In your email, please include:
Full LEGAL Name
Student ID Number
Also include the IFC Fraternity that you are going to be moving to.
Make sure this email is sent on/before
September 16th, 2013 at 5pm.
Failure to do so will result in a full assessment of the contract fees.
You will receive a response from UHDS that they have received your email and confirmed your cancellation by Wednesday, September 18th, 2013 at the latest.
